not all UV-C systems are created equal - find out why the Spectra 1000 from integrated UVC solutions is different

UV-C cleaning systems

Ultraviolet-C (UV-C) systems utilize short-wavelength ultraviolet light (200–280 nm) to inactivate microorganisms by damaging their nucleic acids, effectively preventing replication. This germicidal wavelength is absorbed by DNA and RNA, disrupting essential cellular functions.

UV-C is used as a supplemental method for microbial reduction on hard, non-porous surfaces, helping to reduce the presence of bacteria, viruses, and fungi in environments where traditional cleaning may not reach all areas.

As a non-chemical approach, UV-C leaves no residues and does not generate ozone when properly engineered. It is intended to complement—not replace—standard cleaning and disinfection practices.

What differentiates the Spectra 1000?

EFFECTIVENESS | EFFICIENCY | AFFORDABILITY

  1. Our powerful, proprietary light array maintains peak UV-C output throughout its cycle.
  2. Our patented dual-action airflow ensures that peak UV-C is maintained.
  3. Intuitive user interface, flexible single or tandem placement with a lightweight design.
  4.  Intertek UL certified PIR motion sensors, visual signs, and polymer encapsulated lights enhance staff safety.
  5. Design engineering and manufacturing innovation substantially reduce the cost of our USA manufacturer, resulting in a device that maximizes UV-C output while allowing affordable and adequate deployment in any size facility.
  6. Real-time, cloud-based reporting allows facilities to monitor cleaning cycles, generate audit trails, and ensure compliance.
